Hero Raviteja’s forthcoming action entertainer ‘Nippu’ is on its last lap of shooting.
The schedule is likely to be completed by second week of December and is gearing up for Sankranti release.
Nippu is directed by Gunasekhar and produced by YVS Chowdhary. Rajendra Prasad is portraying a crucial character in the film. Deeksha Seth is the heroine in the movie which has Brahmanandam, Pradeep Rawat, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam and Brahmaji in key roles.
Music is being scored by Thaman and the audio will release in December. This movie is crucial for Gunasekhar as his earlier film ‘Varudu’ did not fare well at the Box Office. (INN)

Mass Raja Ravi Teja’s next film is given title as ‘Power.’ This film will be directed by Mehar Ramesh and produced by Malla Vijaya Prasad under his home banner Welfare Creations. This film will go to sets during March after completion of Ravi Teja and Puri’s combo film Idiot-2. However, this movie will be completed in a single schedule.
Ravi Teja is currently is busy with his Nippu film shooting at Hyderabad. Deeksha Seth is acting as the first heroine in this film and the 2nd heroine’s name is not finalized yet. Guna Shekar is directing this movie.

Later, the unit will move to Saudi Arabia where some action scenes will be filmed. While Ravi Teja looks his age despite the heavy make up and some graphic corrections, the casting of the main heroine is not right.
Richa Gangopadhya is young and innocent while Ravi Teja is old and muduru. So the heroine actually looks like a niece of Ravi Teja and he looks like her uncle rather than like a hero and heroine!

"As you aware both Ravi Teja and director Gunashekar are my roommates during our struggling period, and we have been planning to do a movie together for a long time. Finally, I am producing a film with them. We have decided to release the movie on Sankranthi," producer YVS Chowdhary told media today.
When asked about 'Rey,' his is directorial venture, he said the film would hit the screen in summer of 2012.
Chowdhary is introducing Megastar Chiranjeevi's nephew Sai Dharam Tej as hero in Rey.
