New Delhi, Nov 19 (IANS) Pictures of Aishwarya Rai and her newborn baby girl have been doing the rounds on the internet. However, Ash's father-in-law, megastar Amitabh Bachchan and her husband, Abhishek Bachchan have claimed the pictures to be fake.
"Many morphed pictures of the 'little one' with her mother in hospital doing the rounds on the net... all fake!!" -- Amitabh posted on his Twitter page.
"To be my daughter in her mother's arms. Full points for creativity to the people who made them. Spent the morning with the girls and showing them some rather entertaining photos morphed by some very talented people of who is supposed..." Abhishek wrote with sarcasm.
Aishwarya gave birth to her first child Wednesday morning at a private hospital in Mumbai. Abhishek announced the news through the micro-blogging site.
The electronic media gave only limited footage to the news of Ash's delivery, following a reported 10-point directive from the Broadcast Editor's Association (BEA) warning news channels against excessive coverage on TV of her childbirth.
Thanking the media, the Bachchan senior tweeted: "And once again a word of kindness to the electronic media for their non interference and dignified distance... thank you!!
"A word of appreciation too, to the print media for highlighting a few salient points... our joy in welcoming the girl child... and emphasising the commendable desire of Aishwarya in having a normal delivery without any epidural or pain killers. The often coined phrase 'too posh to push' was put to rest in her case... she was determined to do it the way she felt was correct!" he added.
The 69-year-old third-time grandfather is already receiving suggestion for the baby's name, though Abhishek has chosen to nickname her 'Beti B'.
"More time spent with the 'little one'... each and every movement sinking deep into our memory cells... to narrate to them when older! Thank you all for sending in suggestions for names for the baby... some of them really good... will run it by the parents!" he wrote.

Sonakshi expressed her anguish over the unknown creators. She said “I don’t understand why these people are engaged in such a dirty business? It is nothing but their sadism in defaming the others reputation. If, they won’t stop such activities they are going to land in big troubles in future.”

Angered by her morphed bikini-clad picture circulating on the web, actress Vidya Balan is preparing to sue the websites that are defaming her. A source revealed to DNA, "Vidya (who's shooting overseas) is very upset with the way the picture has become hot property in cyberspace. The concern ed magazine (on whose cover she has apparently been morphed) has been contacted and they have clarified that they have nothing to do with it," says spokesperson of the actress. The actress has given a go-ahead for a legal suit if the culprit (who's behind creating the picture) is pin-pointed or a re-run of such an incident occurs.
"She is not going to sit tight if such a thing happens again. We are exploring legal options to stop this malice against actresses of Bollywood," the spokesperson adds.
Bollywood star Katrina Kaif and her sister Isabelle have also been the prey of web harassment. Kaif's mother Susanne Turquotte had condemned the people involved with such acts in a press note, "Katrina is aware of the malicious posts that have come up from time to time on the net. That she has kept quiet all his while doesn't mean that she will keep quiet all the time. She's also considering legal options for websites and software applications that tend to draw users using these tactics," reports DNA.
With the Internet menace increasing at an alarming rate, the police officials are unable to prosecute the culprits. A police official told the daily, "Yes, there are several complaints that we have received over the years but the problem is the law doesn't have enough teeth to prosecute the culprit even if we manage to nab them," says a source from the police department.
Buzz is that Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha, who've also been the victim of this nuisance are also planning to take legal recourse.

Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan has sent a legal notice to her former producers warning them against leaking her photo-shoot to promote Heroine.
The producers and the director of the film Heroine won’t be able to use Aishwarya’s name, while promoting the film. The actor, who was unceremoniously sacked following the announcement of her pregnancy, has sent a letter through her lawyers that she will seek damages if the pictures that she has shot for the film earlier, gets leaked out.
“Aishwarya is wary about the extensive photo-shoot that she has done for the film. She was shot in numerous costumes. There were also a few shots that were canned as a test run. She is wary that those scenes might be leaked out as a promotion for the film,” says source.
The letter that was sent through her lawyers, specifically addressed to Madhur, mentions that the actress will claim damages if any of those pictures or shots come out in the media.
“Ash has already returned her acting fees, so there’s nothing that makes her liable to her director or producer. She is still upset with the way Madhur wrote a huge blog against her which basically called her a liar. She always wanted to come back and complete the movie, but the way things turned out, has left a bad taste in her mouth,” the source adds.
Though UTV and Madhur didn’t comment on the legal notice sent to them, sources in the production house confirm that such a notice has arrived.
“Madhur was not planning to use those stills, but we guess Ash didn’t trust us. The photo-shoots that we have done with her for the promotions are really great pictures. We are sorry that these pictures won’t be revealed ever to the world. Aishwarya is looking just awesome in the pictures. We are putting it in our safety vaults where it won’t come out ever,” says a source from the production house.
Seems Aishwarya is already a Bachchan. She is seen in public with the Bachchans at all occasions. So much so that, even the Bachchans readily pose with her, whenever they are spotted in public.
Aishwary’s mother Brinda has also been spotted moving with Jaya Bachchan. People who have seen her at close distance claim that he has already started acting as the perfect Bahu. Much before her marriage with Abhisekh!
Southern sexy siren Sriya is quite upset with the widely circulating gossips about her dancing in the pub under alcohol influence. Some movie web sites and some sections of media have come out with this spicy gossip about Sriya during the last three days. It was reported that, Sriya after gulping down a huge dose of alcohol has danced and created menace in the pub at Chennai. Later, her friends have escorted her to home.

The Unforgettable Tour by the Bachchans is in trouble again. Not so long ago, Akshay Kumar, who was supposed to be a part of the tour, opted out. The already delayed extravaganza now has a new problem – Lara Dutta too has walked out of The Unforgettable Tour.
Says a source, “Lara has a knee problem and cannot go for the tour with the Bachchans. She is quite disappointed.”When contacted, Lara confirms her exit from the tour. She says, “I have injured my knee and my doctors have asked me not to strain it further.”
She adds, “I am doing a film called Blue, which has a lot of action scenes. Hence, I need to get back to my feet as soon as possible. Going for the tour and then coming back to shoot for Blue will only aggravate my knee problem. I do regret withdrawing from The Unforgettable Tour.”
Akki and Lara were slated to be a part of the entourage along with Bipasha Basu, Riteish Deshmukh, Shiamak Davar and the Bachchans (Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya) for the tour.
The Bachchans seem to be facing a new problem. After battling with problems from the Congress government on several fronts, they are now faced with a new problem. They will soon need to rent out a huge garage soon.
The reason? Bachahan Sr. received a big car as gift from Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Bachchan Jr another from Samajwadi president Amar Singh. The Bachchans’ fascination with cars is well known. 2006/11/23 10:37:05 The three Bachchans - Amitabh, Jaya and Abhishek - will be seen together not in Pradeep Sarkar's new film, as the rumour mills suggest, but in a Rakeysh Mehra venture called "Bhairavi", says the Big B.
Rumours have a way of gathering momentum if unchecked. The cast of Yashraj Films' untitled film now being directed by Sarkar in Varanasi has undergone a lot of changes, both real and imagined. When Sarkar's blue-eyed girl Vidya Balan opted out, Konkona stepped in to play her role. Shabana Azmi's name was also mentioned in the cast.
But the latest brainwave to hit the television channels is that all the three Bachchans will be together in the film.
Amitabh denies it and says: "Jaya and Abhishek are in Pradeep Sarkar's film. I am not. No one has approached me. And to my knowledge there's no role for me in this film. Of course, all three of us are keen to be seen together. And it will happen soon. But not in Pradeep's film."
The project being designed to bring the Bachchans together is "Bhairavi". Rakeysh Mehra has already scripted the film set against the backdrop of music and familial heritage. He plans to make it after his next project, the autobiographical "Delhi - 6", which stars Abhishek Bachchan. (Leading lady, contrary to rumours, undecided)

The year-long Abhishek Bachchan-Aishwarya Rai relationship hit turbulence on Sunday when the Bachchans were invited to Yashraj Studio for an exclusive preview of Dhoom2 . Aishwarya too had especially flown down from Jaipur where she is shooting for Ashutosh Gowarikar's Akbar-Jodha with Hrithik for the screening.
According to sources, Aishwarya's lip-lock with Hrithik Roshan in the film did not go down well with the Bachchans. And the entire family of fine actors was not appreciative of Ash's acting prowess in the said scene. Until now, Aishwarya, despite offers from Hollywood, had steadfastly maintained a no-kissing policy.
A close friend of the family confirms that even though he was aware that there were some passionate scenes between Hrithik and Ash, Abhishek was "very, very upset" on seeing the finished product.
